Office Hours

CHECK IN  from 2pm until 8 pm unless by prior arrangement.

Summer Office Hours: 1st October to 30th April. 8.30am until 8.30pm

Winter Office Hours: 1st May to 31 Sept : 8.30 until 7pm.

CHECK OUT by 10am.

We accept the following forms of payment. Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos or cash. We do not accept American Express credit cards.

        Guests will be charged the full cost of their booking 6 days Prior to arrival.

  • You must show a Valid Credit Card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. (People with Debit Cards or paying cash will need to pay bond).

LINEN:  All linen is provided in The SMITHY cabin. All other cabins have fitted bottom sheets, pillows and pillowslips. Please bring your own duvet, towels and top sheet.    Top sheets, duvets, and towels are available to rent from the office.  

PETS:  please notify us ahead of time if you have pets and we will let you know our requirements regarding limits on numbers.

Wi-fi Broadband Hotspot - wireless high-speed internet can be purchased for 24/7 access.  The wireless broadband is purchased through  a credit card. 

AGE Limits: Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or an official guardian. The legal guardian must provide ID and photo.

PARTYS: This property has a strict "NO Party Policy" guests who do not comply  with these conditions will have their booking cancelled, without refund.  Hen parties, Stag parties and similar are not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
